I’ve been thinking about this since the whole kerfuffle with FFn started. For about the last week there’s been a pretty much constant backlog of requests and it’s taken people much longer than normal to get their requests processed. That can’t be helped. My turn-around time is limited by my hardware.

There have been a few people who’ve been generous and kind enough to donate to the site to help defray my costs. To show my appreciation, I’ve made a change to the code.

Any user who donates any amount to the site will get the status of “preferred user”. What that means is that when that person submits a request, their request will get processed ahead of any regular users. Everyone’s requests will still get processed like before, it’s just that people who’ve been kind enough to donate will get their requests processed first.
